Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the event policy, payment status, organizer approval, and platform verification.

Event-Specific Policy

Each event may publish its own refund terms. Review the event page before checkout, especially deadlines, non-refundable ticket types, and cancellation rules.

Request Review

Refund requests are reviewed against the booking, payment reference, ticket usage, organizer terms, and any event cancellation or schedule change.

Used or Scanned Tickets

Tickets that have already been scanned or used may be ineligible for refund unless the organizer approves an exception.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take time to process through the original payment channel. Keep your booking reference available when contacting support.
